Learn to Snorkel

The Discover Snorkeling experience introduces the general public to the underwater world. Since most people can learn to snorkel safely on their own, this program focuses on providing guidance and assistance while they explore the underwater world. The snorkeling experience can be integrated other interest and educational courses such a; Photography, Marine Awareness and many many more.

What will I do?

During the Snorkelling experience students will learn how to snokerl safely under the direct guidance of a PADI Divemaster.You will also observe the interaction of marine life, identify different fishes and corals and learn how to avoid destroying the aquatic life.

The diverse marine life and calm surface condition make Tweed River the ideal location to start you adventure. The actual program will run for approx 2 hours during high tide. Once completing you first snokerlling experience you may want to take the next step and book in for the Cook island snorkelling excursion.

What Do I Get!

• Guide tour along the Tweed River
• Mask and Fins provided (wetsuits can be hired)
